I have just seen posts on here about it but I haven't heard anything from work. Can anyone clarify if it's true or if there is a timetable?

I with Concentrix and we have not been moved to other company duties as far as I know. But the micromanagement is unbearable. I had one of their timekeepers contact me about my system being idle for more than 5 minutes outside breaks and lunch. I literally got questioned how far my work station is from my bathroom at home and I was educated and scolded on how long a bowel movement should take. Not joking. It is awful.
It is in the acceptance that you sign that your role within WNS is subject to change. Not sure how Concentrix does it. One thing people need to remember is that once you are sold over to one of these vendors you are their employee, not Allstate's. You are an employee of that vendor doing work FOR Allstate. You are paid by the vendor and not Allstate.
The person I know was made an offer for the other role and accepted themselves. Not sure if they had a choice or not. They wanted as far away from Allstate as they could get.
Were they forced to move or was it their choice?
A prior Allstate coworker is now spending 8 hours a day making calls on the state of the US economy……how is that related to insurance in ANY way?
I know of only one person moving to another role with one of their other contracts as of now. And I and others have received questionnaires regarding them wanting to know about our prior work experiences.
