But we know the truth, you were kicked off the island. Mr. Williams is the latest casualty of Transformative Growth. Please give a loud welcoming applause to Mr. Williams.

He just got the Pres/CEO position at TruStage in Wisconsin. Starts July 26th. So, not going to be here long!
I know for a fact he did not get fired. He went on the bigger and better things. I hate that people start rumors.
If Tom and BOD expected a CEO successor from either Shapiro or Williams, then shame on them for poor selection or not providing the right level of support over the past few years. Williams succeeded at "failing fast", an overused leadership term. He only took over for Don Civgin about 14 months ago. With the focus on IDE at woke companies, he won't be sidelined long unless they wrapped him up with a non-compete to protect all the valuable Allstate intellectual property about TG!
What goes around comes around. Terrance and Glen…well deserved, solid terminations. The company has never been so bad off since they were put in place. Should be more going.
Terrance was was as d-mb as a box of hair when he was brought on, he is as d-mb as a box of hair when being fired off this shitbox, and he will be as d-mb as a box of hair in 5 years doing whatever he is doing (probably Popeye's fry cook) at that time. As someone affiliated with the home office agency area I can conform that Terrance Williams is as d-mb as a box of hair.
Very similar to the circus that occurred 2009-2011 when they brought in outsiders to fill top positions. Those clowns took about 6 months to take the the company to the brink of disaster. They cleaned house and got the train back on the tracks by 2013. So many similarities to what is going on now. One main exception is that they are a little further along in their efforts to destroy Allstate that is will take a monumental turnaround to dig out of it

This is accurate. It was announced to the area where he was the President. Some of the ancillary divisions of Allstate. Like Allstate Identitity Protection and other divisions. He “announced” his retirement and it was effective the same day. Right…. We believe you Allstate!
