Why would ichan who has 1 Percent stake have any influence on this company direction
Ichan is part of all of it. He has made his fortune in preparing companies to change hands.
I agree! Icahn is a has been. He must be afraid of nitwit Wilson not to challenge him or the board!
Why should we care what he thinks?
Read the news about Icahn Enterprises--he has many of his own problems to deal with. He's no savior, using margin loans to allegedly prop up his own firm. Many of these long time leaders fail to exit on top, and instead, overstay their competency and destroy any value they may have created.
