I’m a roofer - why is the standard response “Repair 172 shingles?”

I really want to understand why you don’t hold up your end of the bargain to your customers. Is it pressure from your leadership? What numbers are you trying to ‘hit’?

Roofer or a roof salesman soliciting business from cheap A people? The same people who don't think they have to ever replace their old A roofs, then complain when their premiums go up?

LOL - nobody at Allstate has hit any target numbers in years. 172 is probably just the default # on the online form and the underpaid and unqualified grunt submitting it is too lazy to change it
