I really want to understand why you don’t hold up your end of the bargain to your customers. Is it pressure from your leadership? What numbers are you trying to ‘hit’?

Should be illegal. Big blue pays a lot of $ under the table to get away with this kind of bs. DOI is all over them in Ohio for this bs

LOL - nobody at Allstate has hit any target numbers in years. 172 is probably just the default # on the online form and the underpaid and unqualified grunt submitting it is too lazy to change it
