How long will they keep this up? I am so bored there’s just not enough calls as the work is going offshore and to more vendors and automation. Is this what they mean be the new Allstate ? Americans sitting around while other countries work for us.

Shady vendors and 3rd party agreements.
At this point it’s fair to conclude Allstate is in a state of confusion. Five years ago, the strategy was to cut cost by transitioning away from third-party vendors. Now they’re going back to third-party vendors. God bless them all
No enthusiasm for this “transformative growth” BS at the desk level. Get excited about leaving this dung hole and getting something better. This once great company y is not great anymore. It’s a greed machine for the executives. No opportunity for the little folks. Just a lot of Thanks yous and manipulations to keep you here until they are ready to lay you off or send you to their vendor.
The vendors aren't doing much either. That's what happens when you lose business at the rate Allstate has been doing.
More and more areas moving to vendors later this year.
It's a paycheck. If they want to pay us to be bored then so be it. There are worse gigs out there.
