I think he will

No, he leads one of the worst claims organizations in the country
Claims used to be a valued asset/investment under wise leaders. Now viewed as a liability/expense with a focus on efficiency, offshoring, and outsourcing. Brandt lacks the leadership courage to professionally pivot the organization. He’s glad to collect EVP $$ until he’s dismissed.
Julie is not positioned. She has been chief architect of this fiasco and continues to support its advancement. If she was true leader she would call “ time out” as no cited benefits are being attained. No growth, rates up everywhere and employees bailing. She needs to be accountable for that.
Eric has no shot. Surprised they haven’t dumped him yet.
I said it in 2020 on this board and I will say it again now....Tom Wilson is the last CEO of Allstate.
Is the "Terrence" you think will be in the role next Terrence Williams?
I don't know how to break this to you...
With auto combined ratio of 110 over last year, the VP from eSurance that leads auto needs to be performance managed. No added value.
No Way! Not even close to being capable. Not sure he’s the CCO in a year nor many of his officers. Terrance or Julie are the best positioned internally. Externally you gotta wonder if a Tom Troy shows up.
I think it's about time to give the CEO job to a woman.

Are you nuts? What’s the combined ratio over the past 4 plus quarters? What is the claim employee turnover, particularly on the property side? What is customer satisfaction as internally and externally measured? It’s not all his fault but our once industry differentiating claim service, is pitiful. Shapiro plays bigger role in its demise.
Eric's the BEST!
Smart, handsome, kind, trustworthy.
Not a chance…
Look for him to be one of the future “retirements.”
