It's become really depressing to work here. I get the impression that none of my colleagues care anymore and everyone is doing the bare minimum while looking for other opportunities.
At the same time, despite everything, I still love my job and would like to keep it.

My team doesn't care at all. We don't even really talk to each other anymore. A lot of us have been doing virtual interviews while on the clock. Most of the people I know that still work here feel defeated, unappreciated, fed up, and looking for a way out. We hear from our manager once or twice a week and she quit caring as well. In fact she is offline more than she is on. They really aren't even holding us to metrics anymore in our area. We pretty much do what we want, when we want, and as long as we get our check twice a month most of us are just sticking around for hopefully severance. However we know severance is probably a pipedream and none of us want to go to a vendor so we are trying to get out now before the hammer drops. This company is in shambles and despite all this I feel for our customers that are getting screwed on lowballed claims and overcharged on premiums.
Would you stay in a relationship where you are constantly abused and mistreated? This place is no different. It's warped to think that you could not do better elsewhere, and so what if you don't make quite as much money? Can you put a price on your PEACE?? you'll save the difference in what you probably pay for medical and mental health visits due to the stress of this place.
I’m trapped here due to poor financial and life decisions. Hoping to get severance and move on once they ship my job to India in the next couple years (I’m in virtual auto damage, I don’t even know what my actual job title is anymore). I work hard to try to meet metrics because I need this job and it’s destroying me mentally/emotionally
I love my job at Allstate, I get paid over 80K a year and I nap for 4 hours a day and they have NO idea!!!
