This message is probably in reference to the EA non-compete that ends after 1 year upon taking the TPP (severance) from Allstate. EX-EA's are free to contact their old Allstate clients and bring them to their new Insurance agencies after one year. Is this really a big deal? Allstate is more concerned about new business rather than retaining old clients.

Excellent news. Be prepared for more changes coming down the EA pipeline. Until then stay the course and try not to waver. You know who will not be addressing this.
