I am not sure why a woke company chose India to outsource too. India suffers from Mysogeny and Racist beliefs and then don't get me started on the Caste system where they judge someone based on their birth parents.
Brandt sent some Property subrogation to EXL about two years ago and major underperformance from a % collected to paid basis. Cheaper maybe from a narrow expense view but overall more costly.

EXL India has been handling Subro since 2021.
All claims functions will be handled by India once Concentrix takes over by the end of 2023, their website already confirmed this.

Yes, a lot of non-claims roles in India going to the vendor and India taking on a lot more of the Claims departments and related roles. Expect reductions in Claims and affiliated areas in the coming months. This was discussed our Claims leader meetings since earlier this year so no surprises.
