I do not know one person including leadership that takes anything they do seriously and no one has any ambition to try and fix this company. Everyone I know and myself are just going through the motions to get that green every two weeks. We know we are all eventually to be laid off or vendored off shore so it is what it is.

This starts at the top. We all now know how poorly run this place has become. As long as there’s no change at the top, expect the naps and two hours of work per day from most employees. This place is an epic dumpster fire.
Hard to change a culture without ki-ling the old culture. Change has to start from top to bottom.

Welcome to the world that Allstate leadership created with their pi-s poor processes and implementation and outsourcing. I highly doubt TW and Mario care either. Just throwing at it what is needed to eek out a few more million until the inevitable collapse of this company. I am waiting out the collapse as more likelihood of severance or other payouts when operations cease and not this re-badging to vendors scheme that they are doing now. These vendors are not a way to help companies profit but are a step to the eventual end.

Everyone is hoping they will get this over with soon. The phones are so slow now since Mexico and India are getting the calls. That’s one of the dirty little secrets they forgot to mention on the “How” they are executing their transformation. There is no way in bleep they will let this go on much longer. We are in checkmate.
