Has anyone been given any official notice of this happening? Does anyone know what areas this be hitting? Other than here, I haven’t heard anyone talking about it.

Fake news? It’s not fake news that the company gave our USA jobs to vendors in Mexico and the Philippines and India It’s not fake news the company wants to be the lowest cost insurance provider. At least they haven’t lied about that. We are left to figure out the “how” and it’s not hard to figure out. The bitterness stems from the abuse and gaslighting over the past 3 years this company has done to its loyal USA based employees. Home office trolls are on this site to deflect the truth.
Here’s a hint- you haven’t heard anything other than on this site because it is fake news. Totally irresponsible posts by bitter clowns have ruined the true purpose of this site. Just go back and read some old posts- if you believe what they say, we would have been sold to Progressive or GEICO by now.
We won’t “hear”about any of these transformative staffing changes until it hits closer to your daily work. They are very tight lipped and secretive because they don’t want everyone “knowing” the rotten details too soon. Do that “ critical thinking” and ask questions of reps you work with from Infosys, Accenture, Pilot, Ianet, the list goes on. But they have been told “do not say where you’re from or what company you are with as that is grounds for termination”. Some are talking. They did this with Pune at the beginning of their take over too. You are a mushroom. You will be fed bs and kept in the dark until you are ready to be plucked out. Then the light of day and their plan in full will make sense to you. They don’t tell you about departures, retirements, medical leaves, firings, you learn of it through other grunts. They got you right where they want you, painted into a corner waiting. Keep with them or leave they would prefer you go. You are at least 2 times the cost of the foreign workers they plan to replace you with. Remember India has so many people eager to work for Allstate. The population there is massive. They can’t hire them fast enough. Read up on how American businesses are saving billions by sourcing there. You will transform also, just not with Allstate.
