Micro management about unimportant things. They don’t promote the best candidates and scheduling is almost always incorrect. Company loses customers and employees like crazy because they refuse to make positive change with times and growth

Worst call routing structure for customers in history. When you call in for anything you go to sales and then after they transfer you it’s likely you get to someone who won’t help and transfers you again.
