All these people in here writing messages, disparaging each other in different regions and different business groups. Do you think you act like a single entity? A lot of chest thumping and brow beating. No one is lifting anyone up here. Sales has an incredibly tough job, whether they are walking door to door, calling into small mom and pops, or hamming large and enterprise business. Operations has a tough job jus trying to keep up with a workload that is way too large for the manpower. Yet here you can see techs bash sales people, and sales people bash one another. It's a gross display of ignorance and self entitlement. A bunch of children trying to say "I'm better than you are, neener neener". C'mon folks, act better...if you still work at the Big Green Dub, then act like the family it has always stood for. Glad I'm no longer there. Get good...quit the gripe...work together. The DeathStar is hunting and will acquire all your jobs if you can't act like coworkers. Ya bunch of turnips! ¯_(ッ)_/¯

I swear I have to say this is the most micromanaged unorganized and back stabbing place I’ve ever had a job at. I can’t help but think it’s all because we have poor leadership and I’m guessing most are DEI hires or hired because of a friend or family member. The sad part is we have great people who work here and know how to do the job and do it well and can’t because of leadership. The things that are happening now are just nuts to me. I hate the situation we are in for all of those that have an idea of what to do and how to do it… they will end up losing their jobs while upper level managers get bonuses.

You nailed it !!!! Just another example of how toxic this place is. People learn from their leaders and management how to blame other departments for anything and everything. This place has never worked together, they just move further into separating and dividing each other as people and as a company.
I think we can all come together and bash offshore. Miserable experience for customers and techs alike.
