Uniti filed a Form 8-K on 4/21 firing KPMG as its independent auditor and appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers to take over. The change is effective as soon as KPMG wraps up the 1Q report. Wonder if KPMG was not in agreement with some of the merger dealings?

Sounds like someone struck a nerve at Uniti and someone was gonna get railed. They had to "fix" the glitch.
