Thread regarding Windstream Corp. layoffs

Any truth to change?

When the merger happens is there any truth to the rumors they will change sales processes, and or change sales management?

I think if there is any change, it’ll be glacial. I haven’t looked at it in a while but there is an updated org chart on Stream with hierarchy once the merger is complete, and key roles (outside of Sunu) aren’t changing, so any meaningful change would take a while unless the new big cheese is going to be a major idea guy.

With every merger and CEO/President change there is leadership changes. They always bring in their own, history proves this true. They will not say that is the plan until they actually make the changes. I am sure coming from Frontier who was just purchased by AT&T he knows people that could step into upper to mid level leadership positions easily. If it does not happen right away, I bet we see it by end of 4Q as they get gear up for the new year.

Eventually you can bet on it changing. Just a matter of time.

The simple answer is Yes. However, most big changes take time. If the current leadership remains in place after the merger, the changes will happen gradually.
