Isn't Uniti mostly comprised of former Windstream folks? So why does anyone think there is going to be some big change.
@cp if Uniti is smart they will get rid of management and the call routing system
The leadership is terrible. They change stuff every day and fail to tell anyone until someone comes in below the mark!! One thing is certain when Uniti takes over… if they don’t fire most all of middle to upper management they are gonna continue to fail. I have said this place is broken since day 1. We all have different rules to abide by and no 2 people are treated the same.
Uniti will come in clean house and run this like a telecom runs. May not be a good one but it will be ran like one is supposed to run.
