I've seen too many people fired for no good reason over the past year, and it's becoming pretty clear it's just another way to thin the workforce. I've been stressing about it every single day for months. If I'm laid off, at least I get severance. If they fire me, I'm sc--wed.

The best thing they can do for money and morale is lay bunch of us off. I think they know we would like that and havent done it.

There is no severance. So just find another position. You get the sh---y unemployment insurance which won't really kick in when they say it should because unemployment typically counts your PTO payout as income. So just bank your vacation days and use your optional and sick time to schedule your interviewz and stuff with.
Don't bank on any kind of layoff package at this point

And expect agents in smaller areas with zero call volume and little to no referrals to meet the same goals set for agents in markets that turn over 100 referrals for new service a month…. Then gaslight those agents into pure delusion as to why they aren’t meeting goal as if they are given the same fighting chance as said successful agents (only a handful) and it’s very clear as to why those agents are able to meet sales goals and others are not. Ask a good question regarding that, and you will be told to control your controllables!
Don’t ever count on severance being there.
