Micro management about unimportant things. They don’t promote the best candidates and scheduling is almost always incorrect. Company loses customers and employees like crazy because they refuse to make positive change with times and growth

They ask for the same thing every day and when you give it to them its like the first time ever hearing about it. They act shocked.
