Management is almost non existent, asleep at the wheel just waiting for the merger. Systems are flawed and broken and nobody cares because well let’s just wait and see what the merger does. Pathetic

Look into Over-Employment (OE). I'm making dog sh-t (<$80k/yr) at Windstream for my expertise. Yet, I'm a top performer. I'm also contracting for another Service Provider - doing the exact same job - for a little under $120k/yr. I work both jobs simultaneously, LOL.

Thats what I am doing.
Time to take time off. Who cares about getting it later if layed off. Its all the same.
Most people probably expect to get laid off so they are just riding it out.
