HPC Accountability
Anyone heard details on new HPC Accountability process for hourly or salaried associates? There was supposed to be training for SM then training meeting for ASMs and supposed to be introduced to hourlies in a store meeting by end of March.

Does anyone know if someone can get a Needs Improvement without a prior coaching. I had seen something about that a manager has to have coached you before eating you as “Needs Improvement” on an eval. Does this still happen?
