After we were told about this new people lead position, I immediately said this position will not be around long. I give it a year or two.

It's not 3 weekends a month, it's 3 shifts on the weekend per month. It could be 3 Saturdays, or it could be 1 weekend and 1 Saturday. It all doesn't matter, I see this position going away once they get all these Assistant Mgrs and supervisors trained on the personnel side. Look at Sam's club they just got rid of them all, this will happen at walmart too. Look it up on sam's club layoff. Com

The positions will be posted weeks 17/18, positions filled weeks 20/21. Position starts week 24. Guess PC/TC will be gone by week 24.

Post ID: @YrAwhRE-1itw : Obviously and hopefully you are not a PC or TC. However, if you are in that pay range there is no reason you do not or have not read policies. If you raise a level (or more) you receive a raise to base level pay or a 10% raise (not above max pay range).

What if you’re already bacon over $18 an hour?

From /r/walmart:

don’t know where specifically to find it, but according to the whiteboard in our personnel office, it’s paygrade 8, base $18 an hour. 3 weekend days a month, 3 early shifts (5-2) and 3 late shifts (2-11) no more than 6 days in a row. I’m still not quite sure how to interpret that last bit, but that’s what it says. As for specific responsibilities, I haven’t heard anything yet.
