Of course I didn’t mean WM - use some common sense. Can the sh- -ty attitude while you are at it.
I would guess if one opted out you may not be eligible to get severance, I am only guessing your best course of action would be to ask. The AMP has a email that you can ask these questions and would receive a much secure answer.
Is there information about what happens to the associates who opt out?
Week 17 opt in opt out
Week 18 apply to role
Week 19 and 20 VR training
Week 21 selection event
Week 22 position offered
Week 24 pl start
Information posted on FB BACK OFFICE site
Wk 24 is the effective date. It's a level 8 so pay is between $18-25. Schedule is 3 weekend days per month, 3 closing shifts per month, and 3 early mornings per month. Doesn't specify what you'll be working the rest of the days. It will be a selection interview process like ASM. Wk 17 you either opt in or opt out of the position. Wk 18 you apply for the position. Wk 21 is selection event and wk 22 offer is extended.
I seriously doubt Walmart gives a sh-- about April fools day if that is what you are referring to. Use some common sense.
Come on folks - look at the date of this so called broadcast.
That kind of rotating schedule would mean you would only get two days off together once a month probably.
No one told me anything. I would have thought the Store Mgr. would have said something. Hmmmmmm interesting.
3 early, 3 late?? Meaning they only get 1 day off??
3 early shifts, 3 late shifts, 3 weekend shifts a month. I bet they arranged it to screw the whole month and every day off.
It being on video on demand you can watch it anytime that day.
What time is the broadcast?
Ya, it is on video on demand Monday 4/1/19. Suppose to be very important. Was told a lot of our questions would be answered.
Oh really?? My SM did not mention it. Anyone else hear this?
