Is there any info out there on the people lead position? The hours, pay grade, and responsibilities? I looked on the wire but couldn't find anything.

Yes, PC's are doing the job now. Once July comes, we aren't good enough to do it. We have to reapply. Thanks for the slap in the face. We were told we have to reapply and we may not get the same store or even a position that we are currently in. Yes, I get its a new position. I get it. OK, doing this job for 20 years but not good enough to do it later? Interesting. We can just sit back, watch as someone with literally no HR experience (or maybe a little) can push us out and take over our job. What a joke. Guess they want us long term associates out, those who have a work ethic, sense of urgency, commitment, show up to work everyday through rain, sleet, snow, and just push us out. Well you get the kind of "quality" help you pay for. Its just humiliating how this was all done.Never felt so unappreciated and undervalued....ever. How can these corporate people live with themselves? I love my job. Such a shame I have to leave it or be pushed out.
Yes if you are a PC or tc they had a video for us to see. If your not maybe ask your manager if you are able to see it. From the video paygrade 8. Starting pay 18.00 a hour. Cap off is 25.00 a hour ha .30 cents more than a pay grade 7. All these years doing the work but not getting paid. Paygrade 7 start rate 15.00, cap is 24.70 for paygrade 7. How did they ever come up with these numbers. Hours are days weekends and nights, wiill not be scheduled more than 6 days in a row. If you never did this job, good luck to you, is not as easy as it looks.
