Does anybody know who is entitled to severance at Walmart? I'm asking about hourly employees? Is it everybody who is full time? Or only people who have been with the company for a certain number of years?

If you are FT and worked for at least 1 year. Or, PT and worked for 5 years.
You are entitled to severance if you have been with the company over 3 years, your position is eliminated, and you are not offered a comparable position.
