CR is taking over Sam’s. There will be more moves to follow on both sides mostly impacting the merchandise sides.

This will be announced after Q1 earnings release, to not scare away investors. There is nothing holding this up, as GF has all but gave up, including not extending his Visa after this summer.
The Sam’s Club board doesn’t seem to have good things to say about their leadership right now. If the new CEO is JF, I’m scared.
