In Downstream Technical considering a Downstream Commerical opportunity. Are the JG salaries the same between downstream? If not, what is JG5 and JG4 100% PIR for Downstream Commercial?

Any news on raises and bonuses? They were nothing or next to nothing last year. Inflation is hitting us hard this year. This is for US Downstream.

Covid is at an all time high in GOM and SARS flights are backed up four days. So much for OSHA, Biden, and Shell’s vaccine requirements working.

Anyone planning to resign in the New Year? Many folks are discontent, but are they discontent enough? What would push you over the edge? Bad pay increase? Better pay offer somewhere else? More of the same old BS?
