Listen.....NL and most European staff is purely incompetent. They don't understand basic STEM but are great at browsing and spin. They deserve about 33% NAM salary at best. I know given my exposure to these NL fake engineers, fake managers, fake people!!!! They are only suited for the RED LIGHT district as bottoms.
Can confirm that total pay for JG3 in US is about double NL. NL staff also get a smaller percentage of their pay as bonus
A JG3 in NL makes about half what a JG3 in the US makes. And then they pay about 50% tax on that. So take home pay is about 1/3 what a US employee makes.
