Do many people have 100% PIR or is 90% closer to the norm?
Just curious where in the distribution most people sit - toward the bottom? - or toward the top
Are there very many folks over 100%?

To answer the question about correlation to salary-
A benchmark is set for you job and level of experience. The salary in range (PIR) is set from 80%-120% of that benchmark and theoretically everyone on thay JG falls in this range. The question here is about the distribution of people along that range. Are the majority kept at 85% or do the majority hover at 105%. There is quite a big difference if you do the math. If the benchmark is 180k 2 people doing the same job can make as little as 144k or as much as 216k.
How does this JG position correlate to salary at Shell? Other major O&G person asking.
At my job, there are classification levels with a range of salaries depending hoping performance and age.
I thought JG4 was $150k for 100% PIR for most non-upstream professional USA.
I'm jg3 and 105% PIR
JG4 PIR is $140k for my function
I'm somewhere between 5-10% over that for 2022
No idea on the distribution.
