Thread regarding Shell Oil layoffs

Bye Ben

Time for the Shell "hot potato" game to begin. Ben is going to take all of the woke "green" promises he has been so proudly championing and pass them on to the next schmuck to pass on to the next schmuck, etc. until whomever is holding the steaming bag of cr-p in 2050 has to explain why Shell is out of business because it followed through on the promises or did not follow through because it was su----e. The former being most likely.

Trusted sources have revealed the RDS Board is in final discussions/negotiations with expected van Beurden successor Alfred E. Neuman.

The Board advises all staff there is no need to worry.

Speak of transparency, did anyone notice that we are now completely done with onshore project? Shell just divested Aera, and again, not a single word was mentioned. It’s now just a matter of time for deepwater to be slowly fading away for the transition.

Anyone who has this info has no reason to advertise it to rivals. They are too busy moving stealthily to solidify their seat on the coat tails of whoever can make their next undeserved promotion a reality.

God, I hate this company.

Whoa. Ben stepping down is news to me. When did the communication go out? Not one word on the hub. But a quick Google shows me the press release got picked up on September 2nd.

I find more useful information here than I do from the company.

I was hoping for reshape 2.0 soon, but I think this Wael will probably wait a year. 2024?

Blame Bernardus, but blame the board first. And their Eurodumbass D&I infection. And the incompetent misguided next generation of management they elevated, ready to take over, soon free to bring real economic and social justice to corporate America. And let's hope they will finally bring this botched abort--n to some peace.

But why destroy all that value and walk away and let someone else can besmirch your legacy, blame you for the fall? Why not go out in a blaze of glory and get a big payday to boot?

Look out, BP. Here we come!

It’s fine to take company strategy from his kids…as good as any other plan…his legacy is destroying the company from the inside…
