Yeah, if you "did not get the memo" it means you are either a Contractor, or not a currently active FTE employee (full- or part-time) at the holding company or any of the primary subsidiaries.
Didn’t “get the memo”? OP clearly doesn’t work for Shell. We were told about the bonus well over a week ago, during the Q2 results announcement.
You don't need the memo, just read the godda-n article. It's a bonus for all staff. Bonuses are over base. Are you fu----g gen z's too lazy to read more than just the headline?
Shell Gaslighting plc say “In recognition of the contribution our people have made to Shell’s strong operational performance against a recent challenging backdrop" Like what? What during this quarter has been so much more challenging than the 2 years before that? R2P? These monies are wartime profiteering skimmed by trading and the hated upstream.
Shell Gaslighting plc say not a COLA. So why 8%, why now? If Gretchen had just kept her g-b shut they could just call it what it is.
