I had a problem with harassment from supervisor. After I retired early, I informed them of my intention of a possible lawsuit and was quickly offered a nice settlement to go away.
You may not have to sue, just let them believe you might. It's worth paying a few bucks to avoid bad press and litigation.
Yeah, Oberti-Sullivan is rock solid. They will give you a free consult - just give them a call. Not misers for sure. They after big fish - just google the ongoing court cases, you'll find some!
