So much information in your post. I was on the call. The current stores who have one marketer per store will now interview for multi stores. This is a metro marketer position. Depending on what metro you're in will depend on how many metro marketers there are. Most metro marketers will not have more than 4 or 5 stores apiece. This is supposed to happen by attrition but that could change. The metro marketer is a regional position, is salaried and they do not report to the STL. Demo and sign will then report to the STL and not the metro marketer. Those positions aren't going away. They simply report to someone else. Stores that are considered frontier stores will have a community liaison instead of a metro marketer. They work 40 hours a week and report to their STL. #teamwfm

Wow... Regional is finally doing A JOB! Censoring us and taking away our first amendment right... Freedom of speech (just in case you idiots don't know what that means)! We're all allowed an opinion. Regional marketing is filled with a bunch of unprofessional morons. You send out emails, forced marketing "tactics" and more filled with grammatical errors, direction that makes no sense and even more I could go on for days about. Instead of getting rid of these idiots, they down size people on the ground who actually work and make a difference. They honestly feel bad for them I'm sure... NO ONE on that team could actually make it in the real marketing world because they don't even understand what real marketing is. We should have just taken the severances in the first place, Whole Foods Market is literally becoming the exact opposite of what it used to be. I've been there eight years, this corporation is a joke. I've never seen so much underhanded sh-t in my life. They treat people like garbage, ramp up the drama and sh-t talking, then blame helpless employees. I can't believe that they have gotten away with it for so long. Whole Foods Market Parkway in Arlington, Tx infested with MICE! Store Team Leader pays the ultimate price.

Store Team Leader gets the boot even though this store has been infested for over 5 years. Everclean grades have never been higher than a "D" for total store. Most recently, Guest were dining with their family in the Cafe and had mice running across the floor. Last week a Guest was picking tomatoes in the Produce department and saw a mouse underneath. Media should have a field day with this one! Why have we allowed this to happen for such a long period of time? Why now did they Seperate a good standing Store Team Leader because of this issue even though everyone from the bottom/up knew what was going on? The Whole Foods Justice System fails again. Nona, Yanni, and Sandra are the ones that deserve to be separated for this mess!

One of my fellow team members here at Parkway directed me to this site. I'm very disappointed that some of you talk trash and disrespect a man behind a computer screen. I worked with Edwin for 2 years at parkway. I can speak on his character, work ethic, and most importantly, the kind of man he is. He has God very close to his heart, a beautiful family, a bad ass truck, and a newly built from the bottom up house. Edwin was as straight forward as you can get with a STL. I feel the P-O-Ss that are whining and taking this opportunity to throw punches at him are the ones that were jealous of his success and possibly the ones on the verge of getting fired. I enjoyed working with the man, he helped me pick out at truck, and always gave me advice both spiritually, professionally, and gave me pointers on how to be a better man and future husband to my gf. I have a ton of respect for him, his family, and wish him all the best. He doesn't need WFM, but WFM needs more Leaders like him. Hot Bar Soups are transitioning back to their respected departments FP6. We all know that was a total failure that costed us millions and labor dollars. Everyone blames Prepared Foods for the failure, but last I recall, a Prepared Foods TL or Coordinator didn't make that decision. I wonder which big wigs will "take ownership" of this one... Oh that's right, I almost forgot.

People are being fired right and left in Louisville. The maggots in management are coming up with any excuse to get rid of people, while they still don't feel it necessary for themselves to actually show up to work. We have a store meeting coming up. I don't think team members are going to be to concerned about stellar customer service when their employer is actively abusing/trying to get rid of them. This has gone on for years, though. I've been there for a decade and am finally getting away from this cancer. Good luck to anyone who has the misfortune to work there. Shop at locally owned businesses, that is the biggest lesson that I have learned from this nightmare. Inform your friends and family. I can't imagine anyone would want to work at this nightmare. We lost and are continuing to lose our best workers, and they are being replaced with Kroger level part timers. I would advise anyone thinking of applying to run as far away as you can get. It's a house of cards. #wholefoodsmarket #teamWFM

Hey TL, how come you post the schedule on Sunday night? I thought it was supposed to be two weeks ahead, so that we could at least plan our lives in advance? You spend 40 hours on it, what the hell?
