Down here in the FL region we do our winter TL meetings poolside with pitchers of margaritas. What about you bitches up north?

Not true. As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were taken to an exotic tropical island via private jet (still don't know where as we were blindfolded) where we bathed in the blood of microloan recipients.

Ummm, maybe a TL meeting? These happen in most stores 2-4 times a month.
Yup, sounds like another round of layoffs, maybe with leadership this time. The layoffs on 9/28 involved all the TLs and store leadership having their regular TL meeting, but at a hotel and much earlier. I knew something was up right away.
This is where they'll announce the shrinking of store TL groups to 5, I'd bet a microloan on it.
I know that our store has to cut 3% of our labor by next quarter. Our STL has put it in our ears to begin shifting people's hours to reflect this.
Our STL was in the store today, and he definitely had a closed door meeting with my TL and ATL. What it was in regards to is anybody's guess, but they cut a bunch of people's hours next week.
TL's work on time and a half days at my store.
I think they mean meetings on 1/4, not today.
How many stores are having store meetings next week? It seems like a lot of stores in our area are....
There should be no TL s working today as its time and a half. I think you are stirring the pot.
