How many of you love this complete waste of time they call OTS, just automate ordering and buying and let TM do their jobs.........

Stupid system. They are trying to give too much power to one regional employee that’s tracks your paperwork. Do you want us to spend time on paperwork or customers? Can’t be both unless you give us more workers.
OTS takes the human completely out of being a TM. Basically it's saying: We f---ed up as a company now we are going to make you life a living hell.
OTS is retarded. Less time for customers because more time spent on doing retarded worksheets when retaining customers should be the focus.
The best part about the walks is that at least where I work the Receivers have zero clue about what goes on In the departments. How can someone that has zero experience doing anything but receiving have a clue what is needed for back stock. They don't check in "Trusted Vendors" and generally they are the worst offenders as far as mistakes go about miss picks. Another issue is it gives the receivers a high opinion of themselves when in reality at least in my experience they really wont do much in the stores I have worked in. Not all of them are bad but the ones that are s--- big time.
OTS will cost TM's their jobs, especially buyers, so at the true purpose of it, which is labor reducation is masked by all the labeling, landlord walks, writeups, and generally bad business practices, those affected by layoffs hopfully will have the hindsight to get ready tomove on, good luck!
OTS SCORE: 0
Can you label my a-- so I know where to wipe?
Sure, buy low, sell high, the old timers hate OTS so as they freak out and fade away, newbies make way less wage, less benefits, raises and thus the greatest gang in the world shows how little they care, welcome to Amazon f---s Whole Foods post sale, SINK OR SWIM, bye bye the good old days.
Complete waste of time and energy and clipboards...we should enter the 21st century and have proper computer based systems...i would love to get internal emails regarding the ots decision making process as to how it relates to "team leader attrition"
OTS is a joke it was implemented because STL didn't hold there people accountable in some stores. Even if your store did a good job you still have to suffer through this BS.
