Having been in team leadership for many years, I attest to the obsession with getting rid of people that exists within the higher levels of leadership in a store. Those who talked about hating their team members and desiring for them to get fired usually worked their way up, while those who openly spoke about discomfort with that kind of language and attitude were shunned. What people say on here isn't made up or in their heads, it really happens all the time. Sick leadership, sick culture.
The TL'S & ASTL's from the NE especially the Chelsea grocery team leaderships are the worse. They sit down all day looking at the camera so can write or fire you for whatever. I love it when they sit and gossips about how they going to get that person etc. It's all a game to them! Hunger gamez at work. I can't wait for them to fall on their faces. Then they can lick my hairy ballz.

You know, this is exactly what the company deserves. And not the people who have been humping it to get by.
