Support local businesses. Stop shopping at Whole Paycheck. This corporation is evil. Don't support it. #wholefoodsmarket #TeamWFM

I'm so far past the point of over it, that I can't wait to see this corporation die. Yeah I'll lose my job but I hate my job, so I'm simply sticking it out to watch the carnage. I have such hatred for the management at this corporation. I have worked there for a decade, and seen so many good people screwed over by these arrogant scumbags. The end can't come fast enough. #wholefoodsmarket

People are being fired right and left in Louisville. The maggots in management are coming up with any excuse to get rid of people, while they still don't feel it necessary for themselves to actually show up to work. We have a store meeting coming up. It will be interesting to watch them spin this one. Can't wait to see it all go down in flames. #wholefoodsmarket #TeamWFM

This way by attrition and gig flexing they can still do another sweep without it being considered a layoff, ie: no severence. I noticed when this site first popped, not many people seemd to know the difference between being laid off and getting fired. We had a mix of both at my old store.

Also, here or there as new systems come online, those who remained in specialized positions will be phased out. When its not as massive a number at once, people tend not to see it the same way. There are still some people hanging on that really REALLY need to go.....thats the biggest frustration of mine.

I probably didnt suck enuff D to get a pass hahaha.

Yeah if they dont do it correctly, sure itll cost them. But those here or there firings theyll find a way to fight unemployment by citing failing to follow safety issues etc etc. Technically they can let you go in alot of states without a reason, but it is in their best interest to have a darn good onr.

Loss by attrition versus paying out severance packages????? Hmmmmm...but some of those g.i.g firings will end up in them paying out unemployment costs for shoddily handled terminations...seen it time and time again down in florida region.

They will"flex the G.I.G. to get rid of as many full time people as possible..i seen too many people written up for crap like temp logs and cut glove crap..or even washing hand after cut glove

No layoffs needed now. In last TL meeting it was but wasn't said that we need to flex the gig. Time and attendance, cut gloves, logs. In not so many words we were told you can always get rid of unwanted TMs.

I think we are done with layoffs for now, it'd be hard to imagine how we might be able to operate if we were to cut more staff
