Got a 15min organizational update from someone that's not my supervisor. I think this is it.

For those who got the layoff news: how did it come? Was it a sudden calendar invite for a one-on-one, or an email, or something else? Trying to know what to watch for.

Anyone else get the EMCO touch base call this afternoon?

Does anyone know what the all Leadership meeting before the all employee meeting is about today?

Did I miss something? Was this announced? Expected? I feel sick to my stomach because I honestly had no idea this was coming today.

My boss scheduled a last minute meeting for tomorrow with no context. I have no idea what it's about and I'm pretty nervous. This rarely leads to good news.

I thought this would be done today?

Has anyone else’s group been informed about a meeting this coming meeting with no information on what it is about. The superintendents didn’t even let the foreman know what’s going on. This is in the Permian

Looks like there are more calls. 12:30 and 1:00. Just labeled touch base and from Sr. Dir. Anyone else have any thoughts on what this might be? I’m thinking explanation of what’s going on followed by the new org structure?

My sup's day off is today 11/19
She along with the chain in command had a 15 min meeting today from 10-10:15a eastern.
I checked the director's and she did not have it on her schedule to attend.

This coincides with what others have been saying about 10am meetings.

Got a webex invite from my manager for tomorrow 10 am.

Anyone have any idea what this is coming at 1600 today? (Tues 11/18/25)

Just randomly popped on my calendar, zero context or clues. No message or agenda included.

Following today's announcement, I am seeking clarification regarding Thursday's schedule. I observed that two individuals, including myself, are not scheduled for a 15-minute meeting, while three colleagues and my Associate Director are scheduled for such a meeting around 1:00 p.m., and another meeting at 3:45 p.m. Has there been any communication regarding the purpose of these two meetings, or do they signify a potential change in my employment status? I would appreciate any insights from an Associate Director or Senior Director. Thank you in advance.

I saw an armed policeman on the upper floor of the cube. I noticed him still there couple of hours later. I asked some people in my class about what he could be doing there.
One guy said the policeman stops every person that goes to the elevator and checks if there name is on a list.
There was obviously such an important meeting at the top level of the cube that employees were not allowed on the same floor as the meeting.

What are they discussing such that an armed guard is required to keep employees off that whole floor?

The mystery meeting is happening this Thursday! Nobody knows what it’s about, but the calendar invite came with no agenda and an unusually cheerful emoji from HR, never a good omen. Rumor has it the CEO will kick things off with some lighthearted jokes about the recent security breaches (classic comedy material!) and that tiny 30% drop in share prices last week. Just a “market correction,” right? Could be layoffs, could be free snacks, maybe both! It’s the corporate Hunger Games, but with spreadsheets. Bring your best smile. It might be your last official company photo.

Any ideas what this meeting is about?

Providers were told of a meeting today, just yesterday. Most were let go, others moved to other clinics.

Just had a random meeting which said they terminated random positions. Did not even bother to tell us what the impact is or how to prepare.

This company wants to fail and just get bought out. Customers are leaving in droves and brain strain is causing it to be broken and hacked. This butcher of a CEO is crazy.

If we didn't get an invite for the meeting, does that mean we're safe?

Sundays are the worst when it comes to any hopes of restful sleep. Another surprise meeting? More changes (discussed secretly for months) out of the blue? Continued silence in reply to repeated pleas for explanation or help?

I’ll be gone soon. Until then, I’ll continue enduring the Loki-driven whack-a-doodle nonsense.

Canceled abruptly!

So out of nowhere a large an all in meeting was canceled for the 23rd. This happened after all the rumors about next Thursday, and no message from Sr. Leaders as to the cancellation. 10/23 based on what happened seems accurate based on this event. What's crazy is our head counts is under where it should be and we are all over worked. So if cuts happen... please put me on the list. Im ready for a payout versus getting worked to death, constantly stressing about all the fire drills and leaders freaking out every hour, every day. The only question is what departments are getting hit, im guessing ours is based on the meeting being deleted.

We had 3 flash calls this week already since compson announcement last week.

Enterprise, architects and squad leads role definitions have changed along with key leadership roles.

Still the ba----ds say, we will have more information in next 4-6 weeks.

Wtf fido, why can’t you let an associate work in peace????

For those who got laid off, did your manager/vp meet with you in person, or did it happen on a call. Was it individually or in a group? With all the org restructuring going on I’m trying to prepare for every scenario…
