Just took a peek at the union contract. If ratified, it says that their Stock Together will no longer continue and they are receiving an additional $500 in corporate profit sharing in lieu of.

If that's an indication of our (management) stock together, I do wonder what our consolation prize will be, given we already received our comp sheets w sti info.

I’m officially done with Q, but I’m still stuck with these RSUs. I really want to sell them and just be done with it, but the stock price keeps dropping and it’s painful to watch. I’m basically choosing between a clean break and a better payout at this point.

In November of 2021, nike stock traded at nearly $170 per share. Five years later and the stock is trading consistently sideways in the low $60’s, with no end in sight. Despite leadership purchases, leadership changes, constant layoffs, reorg’s, buy backs and a retail / wholesale reset, nike is one of the worst performing stocks out there. Today it’s trading at $59 and may go lower. A nearly %280 drop in valuation. Unbelievable.

Look at Boeing’s stock today compared to Lockheed or Northrup.
Boeing is a joke, which they have repeatedly proven they can’t deliver on any defense contracts they have been lucky to even win.

Can someone help me understand the 3/1 Stock Together distribution? Is this the first time it was distributed as VZ stock and not just available to withdraw as cash? I notice it shows as a Short term investment, does this mean if I sell the shares, I am taxed at the short term rate? Thx.

My Agilent and Keysight shares are going gang busters. HP split from the former Test & Measurement group so they each could focus on their product lines. T&M did just that but the printer/PC and enterprise hardware side,,,, well not so much!

the fact of the matter is these leaders are not serious people. they allow pockets of legacy people to continue to obstruct progress and not streamline the organization. as long as offices like polaris exist, this stock is heading to $30

I just wrapped up a 1:1 with leadership this week and it sounds like the Stock Together program may be discontinued entirely. I’m holding out hope that it’s simply being restructured or delayed for those of us recently protected, but if it's gone, it’s effectively a $20K pay cut. Does anyone have more insight or 'under the hood' knowledge on what’s happening with the program?

Once again the stock has fallen off the map, it was a t a yearly low of $119 earlier today and is not moving out of 120 range - so what next for layoffs? The market is down in general but it's hurting us more than others due to our do-nothing executive weather team. How long before they do the next round???

Does anyone know if/when those who received stock as part of bonus will receive or see shares?
