Is today RIF notification day?

For those JE, I am sorry… I need to know if the invitation and communication is via Webex or Microsoft teams… We never use teams in my dept and Today the manager added us to a Trams “Notifications”. I am assuming that Layoffs are happening tomorrow so I am wondering if anyone got JE via teams? Thanks and God Bless you all and may all doors open

Anyone else heard about RIF notifications tomorrow?

Did impacted people only receive an email telling them they're laid off? If it's true, shame on this leadership for not even pretending to give a damn about any of us.

Does anyone know if there will be a RIF in Q1 or Q2?

Any insight to how JE/severance will be communicated? I got the call this morning, but nothing in writing…

This is major news Honeywell. Company is going role by role and assessing the roles in new company.

Good luck folks! Hope everyone finds work quickly. They got a good handful of us this am In IT. Brutal hit for our teams. Decisions were made after the town hall in dec. But if you got a invite this afternoon thats prob good news. The cuts were already made this am.

I have never been through this before, and am wondering how they notify people of JE. Does an email invite for an HR group meeting go out? Does your direct supervisor tell you? How are you informed of your severance package? My team and I are so worried. I wish we would know what tomorrow and the future holds.

What should we expect to see? What time? Who will hear what?

How were people notified when laid off? I just received a meeting invite from the dept manager and director. No mention of HR in the invite though....

Assuming D-day is tomorrow, would managers have been notified by now?

If you see a mysterious 15-30 min meeting request by a VP pr SVP pop up on your calendar last minute, in the early morning, you're being laid off. They are there to let you know the news, thank you and verify your external email address..Expect to be disconnected within 60-9o minutes.

I know a few have asked. I received a letter in the mail yesterday detailing my bonus information. I was not contacted via email, phone or anything in workday.

From those JE how they notify? Via phone? Who calls? What about if you are at PTO?

Anyone from Cigna international was JE? Does the managers now? Who decide and who notify you, your manager?

Just got off call about LR's. We each got a list of people affected in our respective teams, pretty much informed that we have to break the ice with each person affected. So yes, February layoffs are unfortunately confirmed.

When people had their "org update" meeting, did anyone else get the "class act" of having their manager read it to them? Probably one of the most childish things I've ever experienced in my life. Lol.

Hello fellow displaced employees, do you know if we get any kind of communication or advance notice that will be getting a bonus or do we just find out by checking our bank account on February 13?

...at least some. Off payroll early March.

Is it an email notice sent the day of 1/29? Is it a scheduled meeting? If so, how far in advance do your receive the meeting invite and what is the subject title? Who is on the call? HR? Your manager? How have folks been notified in the past?

Just curious if any impacted teammates have received SIREN notifications about the status of their offices/branches tomorrow.
