Is there much point anymore?
Once this was a company employees would be proud of working for but now it’s just a shadow of its former self.
We career from one RIF to the next whilst being told by disingenuous leaders that AI will take care of everything.
Work from the office, no work from home as you won’t have an office. Use google, no Microsoft…no Google etc etc.
There is a total lack of honesty or transparency from leaders. They are all running scared and frantically trying to get on the “relevance” lifeboat. Forget “women and children first”…these guys are cowards only interested in covering their own backs and surviving.
No strategy, no communication, just chaos.
Some top brass planning exit
Multiple members of Belk’s top brass are quietly and quickly planning an exit strategy from the company. Some choosing to stay in the retail industry, while others choosing the leave the industry altogether. Retirement is a viable option for some. Know that business model of belk is antiquated and unsustainable.
Doug Field left Ford?
Is it true?
Dan Schulman Interview at Semafor 4/15/26

Doug Fields is OUT!
The modern Ford Motor Co. has emerged, CEO Jim Farley said Wednesday as the company detailed some restructuring and said it will refresh 80% of its North American vehicle volume by 2029 as a part of its efforts to compete against new competitors like Chinese brands.
Former Apple Inc. executive Doug Field, Ford's chief EV, digital and design officer, will depart over the next month as Ford prepares to launch next year its new Universal Electric Vehicle platform.
Customer Data Leaks in Corporates via Gong
Been seeing a lot of people bashing Corporates lately, and didn't want to miss out on the fun. I wonder what Corporates Customers and Partners would think of they knew every conversation with a sales rep is recorded, and searchable by anyone in the company.
No, I am not joking. Anyone at any time can search a database of 1000s of hours of meetings, and discover in real time which firm, whether it's KPMG, Deloitte, EY, or Accenture and find out who is working on a new opportunity with a potential or existing client. Taking it one step further, as a result of a simple search, anyone can find out who is involved and timing. There is no data privacy, and no controls on who can access information.
You can't make this stuff up. This is Corporates Leadership for you.
Bang! The ageist rant is no longer a secret

Stankey should have a nice read while he’s taking his afternoon dump.
Isn’t it Weird…
Given that this site is anonymous, isn’t it kind of crazy the amount of speculation that occurs on here? Meaning…no one with information actually posts on here. Incentive being, you can see all these posts of people freaking out, toxicity, anxiety, etc…wouldn’t you think if you had information to share, you’d share it? Like what is the downside? That people hate this place even more? People are more anxious? People stop working? Lol.
It’s already happening. We are the number 1 company on this site. I can’t see things getting much worse. The views per post are insane, given they aren’t bots. People look, but just scroll on by. It’s extremely weird, and asocial. The effort it takes to share info on here is so low…the asymmetrical upside makes it so odd to me that not one person ever shares anything. It makes you realize these people we call “leaders” are some of the most self-centered people we come across in society. Like can you imagine seeing hundreds of people in distress and you SEE IT and had the power to help, and you’re like nah. Everyone at this company goes on this site, VP to analyst, so none of this bs that the plebes are the only people on here. Just so weird. This place is f’d man. Or maybe I’m the odd one out that if I were a VP or above I’d share what I could to help my fellow man/woman.
To the CEO
Since I know these posts get to you.
Gold almighty do something to get the stock up already. Earn your salary.
My portfolio didn't need another dead weight CEO
Occidental Petroleum CEO Vicki Hollub said the war in the Middle East would be settled more quickly if NATO and European countries backed the US
Occidental Petroleum CEO Vicki Hollub said the war in the Middle East would be settled more quickly if NATO and European countries backed the US and Israel’s military strikes against Iran.
Ageism in Business Operations Unethical, Illegal, Immoral
JVB the corporate queen of organizational destruction is at it again. Glaring ageism on display and everyone sees it and knows it. Forcing generals out and bringing inexperienced and unqualified barely out of boot camp privates in. She’s earned her reputation and will leave this organization in the same shambles as she left MM sales. Arnoldi forced to take this demoted sales failure should really inspect this spin up junkie before ops becomes another failed more, better, faster experiment.
The shuffling begins
In my region Sr. Leaders have started to move some favored Midline Managers into new “special” roles. This always happens at BP right before a big reorg, so Sr. Leaders can save their favorites from being let go. Any one else see this occur in there region? It seems like Meg has some people SHOOK.
Monica “let them eat cake”
She really should not speak in town halls. She is so completely tone deaf and can’t answer a basic question.
When asked about wfh- no good answers just “ we are figuring it out as we go”. Basically- we should be good little children and just shut up about it.
And if we are a “ local company with a national presence”- why did we trash our towns that housed our FSUs? That’s not so neighborly.
Leadership is so out of touch with this company it’s not funny. They play by their own rules and to heck with us and members.
Net debt increase
After the net debt fiasco, the CFO is next to be jettisoned. To be replaced with someone better equipped to manage the balance sheet. I imagine the search has already been in progress.
Reminder Jeremy Legg is a political science major
This guy doesn’t know jack fu--ing sh-t about AI. This Town Hall was the worst I’ve ever seen from this incompetent sack of sh-t.
Tell us to implement AI when we’re blocked by D-mb and D-mber Legg and Markus on any actual use case. Can’t wait to get laid off because Legg tripled the Azure bill to accomplish nothing but tell shareholders “AI”.
Thank god ask AT&T has a PDF to podcast generator though, that surely creates value.
Clap Now
As per the -3 Chief HR Officer a few years back, Clap Now. Eat your slop, little piggies.
how the company sees us employees
there was some kind of huddle meeting with each pod. d-mb a-s manager used an analogy of fast food drive thru employee. lol
Is this how they view us? fast food drive thru employee? what a d-mb bi--h.
yea... I mean employee who has all customers information from their ssn, dob, cc #'s, chk # information and ready to be sold off.
would you like bbq sauce and upgrade it xl size?
what a fu-ken clown leadership is.
SpaceX in the wireless spectrum battle.
TMO already partners with SpaceX. Not sure how ATT will respond but I’m certain VZ will once again fail, as they did with the iPhone years ago. Leaders will tell us it’s nothing to worry about and use word salad and elaborate slide decks to propagandize their message. Some will clap and take photos in a red chair while writing on a post it note. The rest of us will patiently wait for our impending severance.

Arvind Krishna. An Immigrant success story
From modest background, Arvind Krishna is the kind of immigrant success story people should actually talk about more. He came to the U.S., built his career through skill and discipline, and rose to become CEO of one of the most important technology companies in the world. No shortcuts, no noise—just execution. At a time when leadership gets questioned constantly, he’s focused on long-term strategy, AI innovation, and keeping IBM steady. That’s what real success looks like: earn it, build it, and lead with substance.
All staff webcast - new CEO
What are your thoughts on today's webcast?
What’s the definition of nepotism?
For all those who use the word, what is the definition?
I ask because the spirit of your callout is just, but you further yourself as an id--t and follower (entertaining) by consistently demonstrating you don't know the definition nor have a desire to seek it and the accurate term for what you describe.
Welcome home, Artemis II.
Welcome home, Artemis II.
Watching these astronauts travel more than 252,000 miles and return safely to Earth is a powerful reminder of what humans can achieve when we push beyond what’s known.
I’m proud of the role AT&T and FirstNet, Built with AT&T played—supporting NASA and helping keep teams and crew connected from launch through splashdown. When the connection matters, it has to be AT&T.
Congratulations to NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and welcome home to the crew. Your courage to go farther than any human has gone before inspires discovery, possibility, and the belief that when we aim higher, we can go farther—together.
Simply put: thank you.

Or has he not noticed those gems yet ?
Will anyone from Senior Management address….
The nightmare that is Google!
The TRP Culture is Dead (Long Live the FNMA Culture)
It is alarming when senior people are leaving TRP and they are leaving because the culture is dying. It started when they brought in Kimberly Johnson (COO) and it has gone progressively worse with leaders like Ramon Richards and Chris LePre. The culture has been replaced with what employees in Tech called the FNMA culture (which is where Kimberly and Ramon have come from). These leaders have no regard for associates and have brought in a culture of divisiness and toxicity. Associates are fearful of losing their jobs and so do not bring up concerns. Bringing up any concerns brands and tarnishes you as a naysayer by these leaders with fragile egos. What is concerning is that the most senior leaders at TRP are aware of this toxic culture but have done nothing about it, most likely because everyone is just too worried about negative outflows. What they need to realize is that if they don't fix the culture (and soon) they will continue to lose talent and the ship will continue to sink and by then it will be too late. There needs to be leadership changes in order to fix this issue.
Next layoff should happen to the !Dior at the top
https://www.quiverquant.com/news/AT%26T+falls+3.2%25+as+analyst+downgrade+and+telecom+rotation+pressure+shares+ahead+of+earnings
Another slump in the stock price and another downgrade. I’d ask when will the BoD see the light that this dude is clueless and asleep at the wheel. However, we all know they are complacent!
Nonetheless, given we are now market based, the market clearly has no faith in the company and thus the !diot at the top REALLY needs to be the very next person laid off!
Ok Boomer. What a snoozer
Agonizing listening to new CIO talk about every minute job history, signing his temporary lease, how to say his last name, where Wales is located?????
Stevie Severance
Ole SB got $2.2m severance paid out equally over 24 months, plus cash cash ABP bonus and family healthcare for the 24 months. Not too shabby for running a company in the ground.
Vote for an Independent Chairman of the Board - proxy vote now
Good governance says companies need an independent Chairman of the Board to keep the leadership accountable.
Strategy sessions
Bank leaders are all in San Antonio this week for strategy sessions. Could be a good or bad thing…anyone have insights?
Why so many VP and E-band Roles?
I’ve never seen a company that is so top heavy. And notice how every VP is always in the same meetings with other VPs. What decision autonomy you have when everyone is in everyone’s business always.
There are meetings in random cities all over the world that everyone flocks to. And these “strategy sessions” do not drive anything other than poor decisions which require future pivots (and more Strat sessions).
What is going on with Honeywell?
never ending story
i got cut by oracle in 2018... it was the textboo way to do it... there were rumors of layoffs for a few weeks (then a one to one with my manager)!
a month’s notice, time for handover meetings, plus sh-t trainings for finding a new job or setting up as a consultant. there was also the option of a redundancy pool, along with 6 months of redundancy pay. about 3K of us were cut at that time.
now it seems like when it’s 30K, oracle threw all that good practice out the window and told everyone to f off via email overnight, with all access immediately revoked.
i guess clay magouyrk is a sh-----d who models himself on the musk school of management, whatever that means. safra katz seemed like a decent person who had helped rehabilitate oracle’s corporate reputation to an extant (i have reservations abouth her too) only for it to go down the sh-t-drain again.
Feedback
Since internal feedback is gone head to glass door and leave your feedback for the leadership to read. They do read all this out here!
Grandpa Dan
When will grandpa Dan be replaced? Will the board pick a European, or Indian to lead lil red?
Consultant Clown JW
Who the FK hired JW into Nike? Classic do-nothing consultant who only got the gig because another all-talk-no-substance “leader” (shoutout CG) got promoted. We are so fing tired of working for him.
He has delivered exactly jack sh-t in NAO, and now he struts around like he’s the godda-n CEO while contributing the productivity of a houseplant. EM needs to stop playing nice and just fire his useless a-s already.
