There seem to have been reductions in staff recently but nothing announced internally. My question is, are they done (assuming something happened) or is there more to come?

Heard about Layoff at IBM
I heard from my colleague at IBM that a layoff is coming. Has anyone heard the same, or is it just a hoax? After the Oracle layoff, everyone on my project is worried.
Tik Tok Franklin Templeton
The only Franklin Templeton phone skill still being serviced by FIS is the Retirement skill, Everything else has moved back to FT. Due to meeting their own staffing needs, FT has not given an end date to FIS. That leaves those Customer Service staff members hanging, waiting to hear if they have been hired back at FT or will they be laid off and get severance from FIS. Those who have moved back are scrambling to get set up to take calls, assist training new hires, acquiring new/legacy staff and standing a call center back up that was supposed to be handled by the contract with FIS.
Let's give a big round applause for another FIS failure didn't have to be, costing more jobs and another blow to the share price when it comes out.
There's been no follow-up in my team since the layoffs
Nobody's acknowledged the people we lost, and the workload is crushing. The manager isn't even trying. It's not just the volume, there are critical gaps. Even if we wanted to pick up the slack, there are some things we simply can't do.
Quiet layoffs in a slow, steady stream?
That's torture. The stress never lets up. I'd take a few big and quick rounds over that any day.
Hypocrites
The execs keep talking about the need to reduce expenses and are laying people off, yet they are paying over $120 million to get all the agents together in Las Vegas and spending an additional $15 million on incentive trips for said agents. Oh know gas prices increases costing us more…how about cancel the trip?!? Paying for Pink to entertain agents and executives…disgusting!
More layoffs soon
Rumors going around about more layoffs sometime soon, can anybody share more?
Grow up
Some of y’all really need to grow up. Layoffs happen, it’s never personal. No-one at the top has specifically chosen you to go for any reason other than a number. FIS doesn’t owe you anything to keep you.
What's the severance going to be?
Where can I check?
Do we know if any clubs will be closing?
I haven't heard anything, I'm just curious and like to stay prepared.
Opinions sought... Is it bad that I want to go?!
I actually WANT to get laid off! Anyone have tips on how to get on that list? Long story short, I'm so tired of the bs but want to get that severance.
Even more cuts this month
Can anybody confirm this? I've heard the rumor enough times to start being worried once again.
I wouldn't be terribly sad if I got laid off
Whoever's left after the next round is in for a rough time. The company won't spend a dime more on employees, but everyone will be expected to pick up the slack for absolutely nothing in return.
What's going on with contractors?
Any cuts planned?
Anyone have any idea which orgs are up next?
I'm hearing all kinds of rumors, most of them sound crazy. Another round is almost certain at this point. Layoffs are just part of life now. Still, it'd be nice to have at least a vague sense of what's coming.
I'm petrified of being laid off
I dipped my toes into the job search pool and things are not just bad, but awful. I'm genuinely worried that if I'm cut, I'll either have to accept half the pay I'm getting now or just stay unemployed for who knows how long. Neither option will work for me and my family.
Less effort each time
Every single round of cuts made me care less. My work ethic has dropped with each one. I just don't see the point anymore.
Layoffs haven't been about performance in ages
They're about cost. The better paid you are, the higher your chances of making the list. So in reality, we're cutting the most skilled and competent people, which leaves teams far more crippled than the raw headcount numbers would suggest. Completely unsustainable.
Every person for themselves
Layoffs ki-led any sense of teamwork. Don't let anyone near your work or they'll take credit. Hide your files. Even managers are doing it.
People are being laid off based on wrong metrics
We are measured on metrics that don’t fully capture the work being done. You can be doing meaningful work and still look like you’re underperforming on paper. There’s a clear disconnect between effort and evaluation. I've seen people who were among our best get on the list of "underperformers" when nothing could be further from the truth. It’s honestly pretty frustrating.
I hope everybody is looking for a new job
We all know major cuts are coming, the only question is when. It's much easier to find a new job when you're already employed. And trust me, the job market is so bad right now that you don't want to be stuck looking for a job while unemployed with so many others in our field already out of work and looking.
What will next week bring?
I'm at the point where I'm dreading each Monday because I'm not sure what they'll drop on us. Will it be layoffs, loss in benefits, or whatever else they can think of to make our lives more miserable. God, I hate this place.
Credible layoffs news
Do we know anything about the next round outside of the usual rumors?
No chatter on cuts
Is that a good thing? Or the calm before the storm?
31st March was the beginning with 10K layoff first wave, there are another 20,000 left to be done.
The next wave will start soon.
I think we're done

Laid off after 15 years
Finding entire skill set is obsolete. World is completely different than the one we lived in. No one understands what I worked on for 15 years and if I can bring any value to them.
We should all be worried
If Serbia's getting hit majorly, then none of us are safe. No shade to Serbians, but they're much cheaper and much easier to keep on. If they're down to cutting even the lower-cost folks, what's going to happen to us in the US? Nothing good that I can think of, that's for sure.

Bare minimum until the next big round
That's my plan. Why push yourself? Hard work gets you one of two things: a raise that doesn't even match inflation, or a spot on the layoff list.
Layoffs kick off the week of 4/27?
Is that certain or just a rumor? Because sitting around for weeks not knowing will drive everyone insane.
Happy Easter 🐰
I hope the big bad bunny doesn’t bring more layoffs this coming week.
So is the April layoffs rumor real or not?
What's the consensus? I see people here mentioning the next big round in May. It'd be nice to have even a couple of weeks where worrying about being cut isn't piled on top of everything else.
Not looking forward to tomorrow
We lost more than half of our team. I have no idea how things will look from this point on. I'm worried we'll be reassigned to other teams, and I really don't want to lose my remaining coworkers or my manager. She's one of the few good ones left. I know layoffs are done, but I think the aftermath will be just as bad for the rest of us.
