I was scheduled for mandatory Compliance Training a few weeks back. Earlier this week, it was cancelled from My Learning. Am i reading too much into it? With the upcoming, ongoing cuts, i cant help but wonder if I was put on the list. Thoughts?

I didn’t see anything here in CA, but all the posts last week were so certain of mass layoffs. I would have expected to see some posts sharing their severance details

In a comment on a post of November 20th "Layoffs started in Toronto office...", somebody wrote that they were informed on November 18th about the termination on January 23rd, and that the package was "not like old times". Any information on the new terms of the package?

I was talking to a Sr Director(He knew of the Nov layoff several months in advance) and he hinted that another org wide layoff is planned already and that dates are not confirmed. Could it be March 2026 like the last time?

Today I heard from a source that's been pretty accurate so far that another 8,000 might be shown the door in February. Can it be?

There is a "rumor" that more of the upper management will be "departing" in the new year around February time frame. Cant say much else without compromising the source of the information but what I can say is that things are much worse then what is being shown. KKR has been aware of this and will now be more "involved" in the nearing future. Personally, I think the next 6-12 months will be turbulent but necessary but feel like many people are going to be effected.

I am only a few months into my time here, and it is already sinking in that layoffs might be part of the landscape here, which has me more on edge than I expected to be so early into a new role. I am trying to get a sense of whether this is something people constantly brace for or if it is one of those things that happens in waves and then quiets down for a long stretch. I would like to know whether I should settle in and feel secure or keep my guard up because of the way things have been going lately.

Starting to feel like we're in a quiet period before big changes, which always include layoffs.

Per a friend who works there , the CEO shared this week at an employee all hands that T-Mobile employees can expect a big layoff in Q1. No number given but rumor is that it will be a 30% reduction.

If you are looking for something new, maybe avoid T-Mobile.
