Glint survey is terrible. Other organizations have upward feedback where team reports could provide comments above their manager anonymously. This factored into manager year end performance.Why doesn't schwab has one?

We were told we would have a new manager, they laid off our last one a while ago. They provided a date the new one starts but not who...I just found a CBO for our shift/location to be a team leader...I don't upper management is being truthful.
