Today in BTS all teams meeting, it’s clearly stated by our CFO that another round of layoffs will be happening soon. I am thinking they want to go in the route of AI heavy and reduce headcount.

You are not going to get a heads up on when a lay-off will happen. If you constantly have to stress about a thing then it no longer serves its purpose for you. Easier said than done, I know, but make a move for better.
