Poor planning

It's terrible how disorganized this company has become. Have you experienced this much poor planning anywhere else? I doubt it. They have absolutely lost their direction, as if they don't know what they are doing at all. I consider it pure luck... — read more

Check out the report on mental health and wellness, and see how many boxes CDK doesn't check in being a great workplace. https://www.hhs.gov/surgeongeneral/priorities/workplace-well-being/index.html

CDK is the worst place to work at

CDK Global is heading in the wrong direction, laying off most of its tenured employees. Feel sorry for the clients as there isn’t any support left for them.

CDK "was" a wonderful company to work for.

After working for ADP/CDK for over 40 years, the company is now destined to fail. We had 500 cases sitting in the System 1 queue. Some of the caes are 2 weeks old. Few are available to even look at the cases. Then we're switched to half-baked... — read more

What a relief

I thought that the layoff would be the end of the world for me, but now that the emotions have calmed down a bit, I feel a great relief..

You know what the biggest thumb in the eye is?

The prefix for the E-mail address they use to send the documentation you need to sign after being laid off is ALUMNI. "Congratulations! You've graduated... to the unemployment line!"

Make sure to leave BM and CDK a rivew on glass door.

As I recall the low rating pi---d off BM last time so we might as well drop it down again. It was a real slap in the face when they put that guy back in charge, I wouldn't trust that guy with a hot dog stand. If they are going to play games at the... — read more

What can we expect next week?

I know I won't be able to relax this weekend. I don't know if layoffs will spill over into the next week or not but since I don't trust management anymore - they have lied to us so many times and they do not deserve our trust - I'm leaving all... — read more

Cheaper workforce is a quick solution, but...

it is definitely not the best solution. Cheaper workforce, which is what this leadership is aiming for, is not a solution without problems in the long run. Many perplexities could begin to arise from this... Thoughts?

List of Departments Affected?

I figure it would be good for everyone if we could try to keep a tally or at least have awareness of departments that are being cut, maybe a approximate or estimated headcount as well?

What business school did these people go to??

How does CDK expect to increase revenue if they just laid off half the engineers installing their products? They don't actually know how to grow, only cut. Sad.

MacDonald with the Thanos snap at it again

Bowel Movement is at it again with more layoffs... second round since returning in July. Anyone know how many this time? Will it ever end? I'm hoping I'm one of the lucky to get let go.

Layoffs today

Layoffs have started again today. Unknown how many total are happening but several people have had random meetings scheduled and didn't return after.

Yearly raises pathetic

The head of HR had a meeting to explain why are raises this year like every year we’re so bad. He even said that last year we had negative inflation. Really? Hopefully leadership will get their normal millions in bonus pay while the people working... — read more

Maybe they are losing control

It looks like they have no intention of retaining anyone, regardless of how talented and capable the employee is. Of course, maybe everything got out of control and they don't even have the possibility to retain anyone anymore?

More Layoffs promised

More layoffs have been promised. Brian MacDonald does not have a clear plan for the future of CDK.
