Thread regarding CDK Global Inc. layoffs

This is not about long-term gains

There are two ways to increase profit. Cut overhead expenses or invest in future long-term growth. Guess which quick and dirty solution was chosen that holds little risk? Ki----g off tenured talent is not positioning for long-term growth. B-Mac already walked away with 12 million in dividends the first time he gutted the company during "Fueling for Growth".

@aan+1jaiWGWl said it well.

OJ is a mu-----r who got away with it. He mu---red humans. Bowel Movement just mu---rs spirits and jobs. OJ is way worse.

He's never been customer-focused. He's a venture capitalist with no interest in long-term vesting in the company or its success. There is no R&D. He's in for the 2025 plan to smash-and-grab if he can retain subcriptions. Major market and Enterprise clients are watching closely, dusting off their renewals.

B Movement has never built anything in his life. His legacy will be destruction for profit. I feel bad for his family as this is their role model.

The average person thinks OJ was the worst psychopath to ever take a paycheck from Hertz. Little do they know.

He was literally fired from Hertz before going to CDK. That should tell you something.

He's a former Dell/General Motors man. They are all about layoffs for growth and innovating in the wrong areas. CDK Global is done.

Exactly! But what do you expect from incompetent leadership other than band-aid solutions?
