The head of HR had a meeting to explain why are raises this year like every year we’re so bad. He even said that last year we had negative inflation. Really? Hopefully leadership will get their normal millions in bonus pay while the people working so hard for our customers are living pay check to pay check. I wish we stayed with ADP at least they treated us all as valuable members of the team.
