Brian MacDonald, CDK's ersatz CEO, is a kid hooked on the sugar rush he gets with an EBITDA so high, he's placed CDK in a diabetic coma.
He is a one-trick pony addicted to firing that will likely continue to lay waste to the company. Even if he doesn't, the damage he has done is catastrophic and - barring a CEO intervention like before - likely fatal.
Watch for him to go public again in the next two, maybe 3 years. The dealerships will be a-switching.
