We all worked so hard supporting our clients. It was personal. Cdk clients need to be very aware of what’s going on. Mean they struggle with basic concepts from app sides, and technical skills are lacking alot, mostly cause we get the fresh out of school cause who wants to work a graveyard shift. Need step by step guides in order to do anything with being bombarded with questions all day long.
Why do associates in India have “no business” servicing customers? This says a lot more about you than the company.
This industry works on service levels. As long as phones are answered and cases closed within an agreed metric, it doesn't matter who is taking the calls.
