It's terrible how disorganized this company has become. Have you experienced this much poor planning anywhere else? I doubt it. They have absolutely lost their direction, as if they don't know what they are doing at all. I consider it pure luck that CDK still has talented employees who can deal with all the absurdities here.

You're looking at their plan wrong. It's going exactly as they want it to go, get every penny out of the company as profits to line Brookfield and BMs pockets and get rid of the rest.
The plan just doesn't include the loyal employees or servicing our customers.
Not sure what you're talking about exactly. They clearly have a vision for the future of CDK, just haven't been as transparent about the plans for the future as they claim.
